When James Wilson arrived as a freshman gymnast in 2005, he had dreams of competing at the highest levels of the sport. What he didn't anticipate was how his experience would shape his future career as an Olympic coach.
"Coach Golder didn't just teach me gymnastics," Wilson reflects. "He taught me how to be a leader, how to analyze performance, and how to bring out the best in others. Those lessons have been the foundation of my coaching philosophy."
